Each visit includes entry and exit videos so you always know your home is safe. What’s Included: ✅ Water visible plants as instructed ✅ Light dusting & folding clothes left outside ✅ AC check to ensure running & cooling ✅ Run taps & flush toilets to prevent odour ✅ Check for leaks, odour, or visible issues ✅ Ensure windows & doors are locked ✅ Take out trash if bins are full ✅ Feed pets & clean cages if needed ✅ Entry & exit video shared after each visit What’s Not Included: This is a home caretaking service, not a cleaning service No deep cleaning or detailed dusting No AC diagnosis, plumbing, electrical, or repair work Professional follows a fixed checklist and will not open safes, cupboards, or personal storage No cooking, laundry, ironing, or additional tasks outside the checklist No purchase of supplies. Professional will use only what is available at home Aftercare: Review the shared videos after each visit for peace of mind Know This Before You Book: Your regular professional will be assigned where possible Provide clear instructions in advance for the best experience Customer must provide access instructions such as security, key handover, or smart lock Complaint window is within 3 days of the last completed visit
